I’m an expert in creating end-user documents, customer-facing communications, marketing copy, and web content. I’m passionate about organizing information into logical chunks, and I’m extremely thorough when it comes to converting technical product concepts into easy-to-understand and well-designed documentation. I believe plain language is all about removing complexity, focusing on the customer’s needs, and creating content that readers can quickly and easily understand.
I’m tech-savvy and enthusiastic about new ideas and products that impact society in meaningful ways. As much as I enjoy reading and writing about hardware and software products, I find a great sense of fulfillment in advocating good governance, social justice, and curbing poverty. I have had the honor of working as a writer during the Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo administration. I also served as a writer for the Assistant Minister of Foreign-Assisted Projects in the Department of Agrarian Reform.
