I work as a volunteer content wrangler for a Canadian non-profit organization. I organize their web content and group existing information by relevance. I review and rewrite content using plain language that suits the needs of their target audience. My recent project involved breaking down content silos to build a unified structure that uses the same design, tone, and voice. This initiative also made content maintenance easier and convenient.

I worked on an eCommerce project and set up a Shopify store. It was a challenging experience, and the learning curve was steep, but this project proved to be the start of many great endeavors. I recently worked on building a website for a professional artist who creates custom, hand-painted dolls. The client was happy with the outcome as it helped their business expand their market to include clients in North America.

I was a fresh university graduate when I got my first job as a copywriter for a sales and marketing firm. I was part of the team that created advertising materials for one of their clients in real estate development.
